REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for bundles of destiny

All sales are final and no refunds are accepted. Order processing begins as soon as an order is placed. Therefore, it is not possible to change an order after it has been submitted.

 

This includes product changes, refunds, shipping methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. To receive credit, we recommend that you complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt.

 

If the return request is not received within the specified period, it will be excluded. Products must be returned in the original packaging (in resalable condition) in which they were delivered by us.

 

Hair must not be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, dyed, or altered in any way (the original tie must be in the condition you received it and must remain). For your protection, we recommend that all returns has a traceable tracking number. We are not responsible for any hair lost in transit. All sales of clearance and clearance items are final.We do not accept clearance or clearance merchandise returns.

 

You are responsible for all return shipping costs as part of the product return transaction. Credits will be issued upon receipt of the form and confirmation that it is a resealable form. If an item is purchased during an expired promotion, new orders will not be eligible for that promotion. Once a gift card is issued, it cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

 

Note: Due to the delicate nature of lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures, lace fronts) returns are not accepted or exchanged.
